With a vast professional network and rich industry experience, he played a key role in the inception of the Veganta project, contributing significantly to its strategic direction and growth. His expertise in HR operations extends to leadership roles in one of India’s major snacking brands, where he successfully managed workforce strategies and operational frameworks.
Chandrashekhar holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree and is a well-recognized figure in the industrial sector. He serves as the General Secretary of the Hosakote Industrial Area, actively contributing to the region’s industrial development and business ecosystem.
Girisha Hebbar
Girisha is a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer and a certified TPM Personnel, bringing extensive expertise in food engineering and instrumentation technology. With a deep understanding of cutting-edge 5th-generation technologies, he has played a pivotal role in advancing industrial automation and manufacturing processes.
Currently serving as the Senior Deputy General Manager (Sr. DGM) of Operations for a leading food manufacturer in India, Girisha has a remarkable track record in establishing and scaling greenfield projects. His leadership has been instrumental in developing large-scale, fully functional manufacturing plants.
His ability to transform mainstream machinery into custom-fit production lines has optimized efficiency and innovation in food processing. Additionally, his expertise in modern technology and forward-thinking reforms contributed significantly to the proprietary technology behind Veganta, reinforcing its position as a pioneer in the plant-based food industry.
